All goods purchased at our online store are free from defects, factory-packed, original and purchased from authorized suppliers.

We are responsible for identified physical defects for up to two years after sending (receiving) the goods.

We kindly ask You to enclose the proof of purchase to the parcel - in that case we will send You a confirmation e-mail when the parcell arrives to us

Any complaints related to the goods or the implementation of the agreement of sale can be submitted in any form. However, we prefer the written form to the following address:

To make a complaint about the purchased product, print and fill out the form correctly and send it back to the address indicated.

In order to efficiently handle the complaint, we recommend including the following data in the form: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, subject of the complaint and order number (if possible), including the customer's request, any circumstances describing the defect, date of finding the defect, and if possible, picture of the defect (in the case of a complaint via e-mail).

We will address your complaint within 14 days from the date of the request.

If the goods have a defect, the Customer may:

- submit a statement about the price reduction or the withdrawal from the sales agreement, unless we manage to replace the defective product with a flawless one or remove the defect immediately and without excessive inconvenience to the Customer.

This limitation does not apply if the product has already been replaced or repaired by us or we have not fulfilled the obligation to replace the product with a flawless one or to remove defects. Instead of removing the defect, the customer may request the replacement of the product with a flawless one or removal of the defect, unless the performance of the agreement in a manner chosen by the Customer is impossible or would require excessive costs compared to the method proposed by us.

However, we can refuse to satisfy the Customer's request if it is impossible to perform the agreement of sale in a manner chosen by the Customer or it would require excessive costs in comparison with the second possible way of performing the sales agreement. We will bear the costs of repair or replacement.

The Customer who exercises the warranty rights is obliged to deliver the defective product to the following address:
